1.Launch a web browser window and input the IP address of the phone XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX directly into your Internet Browser URL Bar

2.Click Admin Login – On the Right side of the Screen at the Top

3.Click advanced – On the Right side of the Screen at the Top

4.Select Attendant Console tab

5.Go to Unit1 section
In the Unit Key(s):

fnc=sd+blf+cp;sub=EXT@$PROXY

The EXT is the extension numbers that you want the BLF to show up on.
Example:

fnc=sd+blf+cp;sub=100@$PROXY

6-Select Submit All Changes (bottom of the screen)
